How the meet and greet works
Your driver is in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name before your flight lands - we track the flight number, so early and late arrivals are handled without you contacting anyone. Once you clear customs you walk straight out.
If you need a local SIM card or to change money, your driver will point you to the right counters in the terminal before you leave - both are cheaper landside than at the kerbside kiosks.
Where most people go first
Negombo, at 10-15 minutes, is the sensible first night for late arrivals - beach, restaurants, and you start touring rested. Colombo is 45-60 minutes. Kandy is 3-3.5 hours and the most popular direct transfer for guests who want to start in the hills.
Sigiriya at 3.5-4 hours and Galle at around 2.5 hours on the southern expressway are both straightforward same-day drives if you would rather not stop near the airport.

No. Many flights into CMB land between midnight and 5am and we charge the same fixed price regardless of the hour.
If you land after about 8pm, a night in Negombo (15 minutes away) is usually the better call - you start the next day rested rather than arriving in Kandy at 2am. Daytime arrivals can comfortably drive straight on.
